Payment terms
- First payment: 10% after signing the agreement
- Second payment: 40% at start of production
- Third payment: 35% at least 2 days before placement
- Fourth payment: 15% within 3 days after delivery

What is the delivery time of a Bosz home?
Delivery time depends on the chosen model and options. After signing the agreement we provide a concrete schedule. Usually 16 to 18 weeks until delivery.
Will the home be placed at my location?
Yes. Bosz delivers and places the home on your plot. Installation of the unit and connection of technical systems can be arranged by us.
Can I choose options and extras?
Yes. Different variants and options are available per model, such as panorama windows, sauna or extra bedroom. Ask about the possibilities with your quote.
How does payment work?
Payment is in four instalments: 10% after signing, 40% at start of production, 35% before placement and 15% after delivery. The exact terms are in your quote and agreement.
